Is it ok for us to send your child a Blessings Box starter pack that will include necesary art supplies to make completion of the monthly crafts possible? This box will include scissors, markers, glue, tape, apron, paint brushes, paper clips, markers, colored pencils, crayons, etc... and these items may require adult supervision and the items being put up until needed. If your child is not receiving active treatment in IN, KY, or OH and not a previous wish gift kid of ours, we unfortunately cannot serve your kid at this time. Medical Verification is required for every applicant beginning in 2023.
